What personal data do we collect about you?
Gray Matter Learning collects some personal information to be able to offer training courses and services to you. The information we collect is extracted from the website when you use the contact us form, blog sign up, browseand also when you phone, email or contact us. We do not sell, rent or give your details to any other organisation for them to use to market to you.

- Contact information: your name, title, company, address, email address, telephone number, social media contact details such as Twitter, facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram;
- Details of you or your company's training requirements;
- Details of any dietary requirements to be passed onto a third party such a catering company or hotel to ensure we adhere to your needs and make you feel comfortable during the training workshops;
- Name and email address to provide third parties when obtaining psychometric reports if requested by you or your business;
- Copies of contracts and business correspondence between both parties;
- A record of training requirements, services enquired about and training attended;
- Information about your activity on Gray Matter Learning website (including cookies);
- A record of any communication between us either on the website or when attending training events.
How and why we use your personal data?
We collect your personal data to provide you with and inform you of the products and services offered by Gray Matter Learning and act as the 'data controller' in line with GDPR. We do not sell, rent or give your information to other companies to use to market or sell to you.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
We will process personal data during the duration of any contract with you and will continue to store only the personal data needed for six years after our last contact with you. This is to meet legal requirements and historical requests from you. After six years this information will be deleted.

From time to time we will share your data with trusted third parties in order to fulfil our contractual needs and improve our training, for example printing companies to print name badges, hotels to ensure the dietary requirements are adhered to, your employer if they have sponsored your attendance.

- Provide training courses and consultancy services to you and your business;
- Ensure third parties are aware of dietary requirements and provide psychometric reports when requested by you;
