She possesses a diverse skill set which has evolved over two decades of global experience and she is a highly effective learning and development consultant. Shirley has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to senior training and leadership and has worked across a wide range of industries, consisting of financial services, healthcare, governmental authorities and automotive. Her clients include, Deutsche Bank, MasterCard, Audi, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, McLaren, NHS, Gloucestershire County Council.

Accumulating almost 20 years of experience as a learning development professional Alison is an INLPTA qualified NLP master practitioner with many other extensive qualifications within coaching, facilitation and hypnotherapy. She is also passionate about her charity work in the local area where she sits on the board of trustees for the Cancer Support Centre Sutton Coldfield and volunteers her support in developing and delivering workshops to encourage confidence in individuals.
